Meticulously processed to remove the outer husk and double-washed to ensure a pure, creamy-white appearance. Every batch is strictly monitored for moisture and purity, ensuring a refined flavour profile and consistent compliance with the most demanding global export standards for cleanliness and aroma.

Creamy White to Ivory (Minimal grey/dark specks).

Processing Method:

Pit-Soaking / Mechanical Decortication.

Black Pepper Export Grades

TGSEB (Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold):

The pinnacle grade. Features 4.75 mm+ extra-bold berries with maximum volatile oil content and aroma.

TGEB (Tellicherry Garbled Extra Bold):

A premium selection consisting of 4.25 mm+ berries, prized for their consistent bold appearance and deep colour.

MG1 (Malabar Garbled 1):

The export gold standard. Offers high density (550-600 g/l) and uniform sizing (3.5 mm - 4.25 mm) for maximum pungency.

500GL (Bulk):

Density-optimized (500 g/l) for consistent heat in global grinding and blending operations.

UNG (Bulk): ​

Natural, field-run (Un-Garbled) pepper; a robust, high-integrity raw material for industrial millers and extractors.
