Intensity & Scalability
Specializing in the sourcing of high-density Robusta Cherry and Robusta Dry Parchment, this portfolio represents the authentic strength of the natural sun-drying process. We offer a comprehensive grading spectrum – AA, A, AB, PB, C, and Bulk – renowned for its heavy body and superior crema-enhancing properties. These selections provide a consistent, scalable raw material for global roasters and industrial blenders, delivering the structural integrity and deep flavour profile of premium Indian Robusta.
Drying Excellence
All raw material is sun-dried on elevated patios to ensure maximum airflow and uniform moisture content (Standard: 10%–12.5%) prior to storage or curing.

Arabica Plantation AA
Through purification, clean garbled coffee achieves a high-density, uniform batch. Key specifications include ≥90% retention on a 7.10 mm sieve (Scr-18), 100% retention on a 6.65 mm sieve (Scr-17), and strict defect limits of ≤2% primary blacks and ≤1% triage.
Arabica Plantation A
Purified to remove defects, clean garbled coffee is characterized by high density and uniformity. Its key metrics are: ≥90% retention on a 6.65 mm sieve (Scr-17), ≤1.5% passing a 6.00 mm sieve (Scr-15), a maximum of 2% primary blacks (PB), and a maximum of 3% triage.
Arabica Cherry AB
Refined to remove defects, this clean garbled coffee is characterized by its precise size profile: it retains ≥90% on a 6.00 mm sieve (Scr-15), with ≤1.5% passing a 5.50 mm sieve (Scr-14). Defect limits are capped at 2% primary blacks and 3% triage.
Arabica Plantation B
Purified clean garbled coffee retains ≥75% on a 6.00 mm sieve (Scr-15), with ≤1.5% passing a 5.50 mm sieve (Scr-14). Defects are limited to max 2% primary blacks and max 3% triage.
Arabica Plantation PB
This clean garbled coffee is defined by its defect limits rather than sieve size. It contains a maximum of 2% flats (AB) and a maximum of 3% primary blacks, which includes triage, by weight.
Arabica Bulk
This ungraded coffee is characterized by the allowable presence of defects—including black or brown discolored beans and broken bits—provided they constitute no more than 10% of the batch by weight.
Arabica Plantation C
This clean garbled coffee is defined by its strict sieve specifications: a minimum of 75% by weight, and a full 100% by weight, must be retained on a 5.50 mm round-hole sieve (Scr-14). The permitted composition may include triage (small or broken beans), light beans, boat-shaped beans, and spotted beans affecting less than a quarter of the surface. It is guaranteed to be free from Blacks (black beans) and damaged beans.
Arabica Plantation AAA
Representing the top 1-2% of the harvest, our Plantation AAA Grade is hand-selected for its large screen size, minimal defects, and exceptional cup clarity. Sourced from a single origin, this coffee guarantees traceability and a consistent, high-scoring flavor profile ideal for discerning roasters and premium retail brands.
